Warranty FAQs

Q: How is warranty determined?

A: Warranty is up to the OEM/supplier (Kenworth). It is based off in-service date, miles, and engine hours.

A: You can email centralwarranty@palmertrucks.com.

 

Q: What is the warranty policy regarding over-the-counter parts?

A: Replacement parts must be paid for by the customer. Warranty will file a claim, and if the claim is approved and paid, the customer will receive reimbursement via the method of payment used in the prior transaction.

 

Q: What is the towing coverage policy for truck side failures*?

A: Your truck will be towed to the nearest certified Kenworth dealer, if the damage is catastrophic. Truck tow only (no split tows), and failure must be warrantable. (6 months or 100,000 miles)
 

Q: What is the towing coverage policy for engine side failures*?

A: Your truck will be towed to the nearest certified Kenworth dealer, if the damage is catastrophic. Truck tow only (no split tows), and failure must be warrantable.
 

PACCAR MX: 2 years or 250,000 miles
